I enjoy reading the columns of Marcos Breton in the Sacramento Bee. He makes me think. He annoys me. He pushes me outside my comfort zone. He annoys me. And now, he inspires me.

Mr. Breton is a big guy. He was a whole lot bigger two years ago. No crazy stuff, just some conscious thinking when eating and some careful exercise.
